Shipping and Return Policy

  • We offer a 5 days exchange policy from receipt of the item. This includes flash sale items and does not include final sale items.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached and in their original packaging. Bottoms must be unworn with the hygiene sticker attached to be eligible for return.
  • We accept returns for damage and wrong items only.
  • If you believe you have received a damaged item or wrong item, please email worktyche@gmail.com or Whatsapp +62 812-3789-2338 with photos of the issues you are experiencing and the shipping number (showing us the package, including Order Number and shipping number). Our customer service team responds to all emails/Whatsapp within 2-3 business days.
  • If you have paid the original postage cost and booked a return, this shipping cost is non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be borne by the consumer.
  • As all of our collections are limited editions, we cannot guarantee that the item you wish to exchange to will be in stock. If this item or size becomes unavailable, we will issue you with a credit note.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

Please note Tyche Official Label does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. Tyche Official Label will not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Under no circumstance will the Tyche Official Label accept any orders back due to rejection of customs charges.
